According to Merseyside Police, Harry was last spotted around 1:10 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, inside ArCains, located in Cains Brewery Village on Grafton Street. His disappearance has sparked growing concern among his family and authorities, who are appealing for the public’s help in locating him.

Harry Dowles is described as a white male, approximately 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, with ginger hair and hazel eyes. He speaks with a London accent.
When he was last seen, Harry was wearing a stripy blue tunic under a long black coat with fur around the hood, paired with navy Nike trainers. Police say he is known to frequent train stations, raising concerns that he may have traveled away from the Baltic Triangle area.
